Inspiration: nature, water, sea, ocean
Depth, power, truth, and transparency are the words that come to my mind when I look at this piece. What words come to yours?
I gave myself the freedom to paint Transparency without any plan. It turned out so natural and emotional. I used indigo for the deepest, darkest parts of the painting and a dim, greyish-purple for the sky. Then, I blended the curling wave into the moody skies, creating a motion blur effect. The wave turned out gorgeous in its transparency, hence the name!
The artwork eagerly awaits its new home!
