For standard products, you have a 14-day right of return. However, customized products or downloadable items cannot be returned.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact the seller from whom you made the purchase first. Each seller has their own policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and returns, which are outlined on their store pages. Please ensure you review this information before making a purchase.

Each seller determines their own shipping fees. If you choose a local pickup option, you will be required to collect your order directly from the seller.
Each seller’s store page contains an address; please ensure you verify the address before selecting this option. The seller will reach out to you after the purchase is made.
Some sellers offer shipping outside of Finland, while others do not. Please verify this in your cart.
Regular parcels within Finland will typically take about 3-5 working days to arrive. You will receive a notification to collect it from a parcel locker or a Posti outlet.
