Shipping Policy
When ordering product(s) from pupupepe, you can choose either to pick up the order yourself for free at ITIS shopping center (Helsinki), or for a flat fee with Posti shipment.
- Posti Letter shipping method is untrackable and only works for flat items like stickers. Hence, I cannot know for sure when your order will arrive, but it is cheaper compared to standard parcel shipping.
- Posti Standard Parcel shipping method is trackable with a tracking ID, meaning that you can track when the order has arrived.
Delivery time: approximately 1-5 business days.
Refund Policy
I accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
I can’t accept returns for custom or personalized orders and digital downloads.
